Human Development Goals

The development of Human Development Goals (HDGs) is part of the answer to the question of the challenges humanity is facing in the 21st century.

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations mark the starting point. The majority of the SDGs concern the "external dimension" of development, i.e. the material environment that surrounds and supports us. The DRI proposes that these SDGs be supplemented by further goals that concern the "inner dimension" of development, in other words, the psycho-socio-cultural evolution of man himself: the Human Development Goals (HDGs).

The DRI is currently working on a list of such HDGs with currently ten such targets. Institutions, scientists or patrons wishing to support this project are invited to contact the DRI via the DRI contact page.
