Human Responsibilities

Man not only has general and innate rights, he also has responsibilities towards himself, towards other people and towards the world as a whole. "The name Human Rights cannot be mentioned without Human Responsibilities.", philosopher J.G. Herder writes in his letters on the promotion of humanity. The DRI brochure presents this idea:
